“Shall the powers, duties, and functions of the city, through its director of transportation services, include establishment of a steel rail transit system?” VOTE NO on this ballot question. Honolulu taxpayers cannot afford to foot the $7 billion bill to pay for rail. If the charter amendment passes, Honolulu taxpayers will see a drastic property tax increase.

While Rep. Say’s residency issue was later resolved by the Oahu Board of Registration, lingering doubts remain to this very day on where the representative really lives.
