“Shall the powers, duties, and functions of the city, through its director of transportation services, include establishment of a steel rail transit system?” VOTE NO on this ballot question. Honolulu taxpayers cannot afford to foot the $7 billion bill to pay for rail. If the charter amendment passes, Honolulu taxpayers will see a drastic property tax increase.

For many years the residency of Representative Calvin Say has been in question. Does he live in our district or somewhere outside of our district? The following article links, though a little dated, gives further light to this issue.
While Rep. Say’s residency issue was later resolved by the Oahu Board of Registration, lingering doubts remain to this very day on where the representative really lives.
